Remarks

San Franciscans are familiar with the many micro-climates of the City but few realize that the best weather in town is in the Indian Basin neighborhood of Hunters Point. When the sun burns away the early morning fog it reveals sweeping views of the bay and downtown San Francisco.
At the corner of Innes and Donahue Street there is a collection of colorful contemporary styled townhomes referred to as Morgan Heights. The lane that is on the bay side of the complex is named after a community activist, whose name was Cleo Rand.
113 Cleo Rand was built in 1989 and the home consists of three levels. The entry to the home with its tile floor and hardwood staircase invites you in. At this entry level, you will also find access to the one car garage and large storage room. Ascending the stairway, you are taken to the main living area, and you will immediately see the access to the rear deck, a half bath and the kitchen with Corian counters and stainless-steel appliances. In the combined living and dining room there is Oak hardwood flooring, a wood burning fireplace and windows that frame a view of the bay. Stepping on to the front deck you will enjoy expansive views of the San Francisco skyline, the San Francisco-Oakland Bay bridge, downtown Oakland, and hills.
At the third level, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has windows on two sides and fills with natural light. The primary bedroom faces northeast and offers the bay view and morning sun. There is a remodeled main bath has double sinks and a large glass enclosed shower. The laundry closet in the bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer unit.
HOA Dues are $496 per month as of January 1st, 2021.
The home has recently been painted, the wood floors have been refinished and there are NEW dual pane windows.
The India Basin neighborhood is seeing many changes that include the Shipyard development by Lennar, Build Inc’s mixed-use project at 700 Innes Avenue, the Palmilia development at the corner of Innes and Donahue Street, and the new Shoreline Park at 900 Innes Avenue that will include hiking trails and public water access.
The 19 Polk MUNI line stops at the corner of Innes Avenue and Donahue Street and travels across the City, it also connects with the “T” line at Third Street.
